Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Apertrize collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Apertrize is a software engineering studio. For the purposes of data-protection law we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at saisaran@apertrize.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form on this website, or contact us by email or WhatsApp, that means:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide one
- An indicative budget range, if you select one
- The contents of your message
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party profiling scripts on this website, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and scope potential work, and — if we go on to work together — to administer that engagement. The lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and the performance of a contract once an engagement begins.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us about a project.
Service providers
Your information may be processed by the providers that operate our email and website hosting, strictly on our instructions and only to deliver those services. Where a provider processes information outside your country, we rely on that provider's standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to an actual engagement are kept for as long as we need them to meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations, and then deleted.
Client data in systems we build
Where we build or maintain a system for a client, that client is the controller of the data held inside it and we act as their processor. Our handling of that data is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this policy.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to saisaran@apertrize.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
We apply the same standards to our own information handling that we apply in the systems we build: least-privilege access, encrypted transport, and no retention of data we do not need. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information through this website at all.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated to you directly.
